Since when? There has been no news of his turning himself in. I
checked the website, there is no mention of it there either.

did you hear this? 

And since when is there anywhere on the net that this kind of 
information not wanted? Who would not want to forward it on? 
Ridecamp is being used to discuss cats and where they should
live,
Army ants, and the weather, but it is not ok to pass on
information
about a man that murders an 11 year old girl?
