Well, I've forgotten:

Girth
Electrolytes
Directions

Besides the gear in my tack room, I seem to have a "traveling tack room" in my trailer.  I may not have the <usual> item, but I usually have an older spare with me.  We have had to get a little creative for a girth for my husband's horse before, but it all worked out.
