Re: RC: Fw: Changing camp!!
I don't know if I feel the same relationship between a 50 & a 100 miler
exists with a 25 & a 50. I know my body is just getting into the rhythm
of things at around 25 miles, my horse just begins to settle down,
everything starts evening out. I truly feel that once you start hitting
mileage *over* the 25 to 30 mile mark, the whole ride does change. I
feel this is a very significant difference between LD and endurance
mileage. I truly don't think the "endurance" part even begins to apply
till after the LD has ended. This is not at all meant to be a put down
of LD or a statement of *value* of any distance of ride in any way. Lif
