Hi Michelle!  I know of one Shagya who has done some endurance.  He is a 
stallion owned and ridden by Carolyn (?) -- rats, the name left me.  They has 
a ranch and breeds them.  She's attempted the Tevis at least twice, but 
didn't finish (that's not all that unusual).  Her stallion is gorgeous -- 
tall, athletic and with a very nice temprament (can't remember his name 
either, dang it).  I bet other RCers will have better memories than me.
