Nutty horses?

I have seen stark raving horse types in all breeds and have come to the 
conclusion that many of them are that way due to the handling, 
overfeeding/feeding incorrectly and sometimes breeding.  Some horses are very 
calm and well behaved but the owners are usually of that type also.  I 
certainly wouldn't say all horses of any breed were nutty because of one poor 
beast. Lovell
