Bubba lipped... that would be where the lower lip flaps & flops?
Nasrif's lip sags (I hate to say flop in conjunction with reference to
his dignified self) a bit when he's half asleep.  I've noticed that some
of his offspring do the same!  One of our prettiest mares (his daughter)
does it - it's so funny to point her out as a favorite of ours & have
her standing with half shut eyes and a floppy lower lip.

We used to have an unrelated mare that "muttered" all the time.  She
would flap her lower lip up & down when she was the least bit
irritated.  Since she was pretty crabby, there was a lot of muttering
going on.  Probably not the same as bubba lips though.  Lif
