It's been my experience that you will get farther in the long run with the
laid-back ones than you will with the nervous nellies that are constantly
giving themselves adrenalin jolts, running their races on Friday night tied
to the trailer, and flipping out in the first 10 miles. The lazy ones are
like the Energizer Bunny--they just keep going, and going, and going....
