OK, sweet pea, if you look at your original post...which is
what I objected to.  You are flaming all newbies as not
being responsible enough to take care of their horse.

That is what I objected to.  Are we calling ourselves
endurance riders????  Maybe some are and some aren't.  Some
of us call ourselves distance riders...mild distinction, but
there.

But to judge an entire group like you did is inexcusable.

How about using your experience to help 'newbies' instead of
bashing them....don't you think that would be more
productive?

And by the way, I have probably more miles under my butt
than you can even conceive of.  You know why I say that,
because you have labeled me as a newbie.  You don't know how
many years I spent riding and conditioning my horse before I
ever got involved in the 'sanctioned' aspect of this sport.
People like you make me wonder what attracted me to this
sport.  I will tell you why, because I've never met anybody
with your attitude at a ride in MN.  If I had, I would've
never ridden another ride again.

I suggest you take a pill and lighten your attitude.  If you
are so experienced, try helping people instead of
discouraging them.
