Hey there sweet pea,  I have been in this sport since 1977.  I have seen
horses die because of inexperience (and sometimes experienced) riders lack
of respect for their mounts.   I have ridden ctr also.  I still would like
to see people wet their feet in distance riding starting with CTR before
doing endurance.  25 miles is NOT an enduance ride.  The fact that you even
have the audacity to ask me if I like being flamed tells me that you
probably dont have very many miles under your butt.   After you get 1000
miles of 50++ then come back and tell me how tuff a 25 is.   It is a
training ride and should be judged accordingly.  I am absolutely NOT putting
down the LDrs.  I am only giving my opinion as to what an enduance ride is.
