blanket advice
I know this isn't really endurance related for most of you,
for us at cold endurance rides are the only times we
blanket the boys. I tried twice to order blankets and twice
I have failed miserably! Ordered Rider's International from
Dover (Hi Marlana) they are wonderfully made, very nice
blankets, but they fit like crap! Is it because they are
arab boys? I especially notice that the neck area gaps
tremendously and then the buckled front area ends up down
too far. What do you all use? I am looking for waterproof,
breathable, prefer the slick lining, buckle front and
lightly insulated. (And of course, under $100.00 :) Can
somebody point me in the right direction, I am getting
tired of paying that shipping and handling charge. Thanks
everyone!!
Heidi and (Mighte el Donte - "blankets, I don't need no
stinking blankets!")
