RE:Uh oh the LD thing again
My arab mare when trotting out appears to be off. She has a huge gash in her
leg from a 8mth old filly vs. fence.(So the previous owner tells me) She
just kind of trots higher on that leg a bit. Vets automatically think she is
off. I have to tell them it is only a handicap for her. So if we have a
horse with an odd trot or gait that that is off??
BTW My former TWH (God rest her soul) never trotted out she would rack out
sometimes Does that mean that she has a weird trot???? If a horse has an odd
way of going don't you think (maybe some vets do) it would be a grand ideer
to make that in your pre-vet-in before the ride notes? On the riders card?
some vets are not always gonna be around to say hey joe I pre vetted that
horse he's gotta funny walk.
Thank goodness they don't worry about humans trot out at the vet in or we
ALLL would be in worlds of trouble!!
Carla (trouble walking)
Baru (I have a handicap? shouldn't I get good parking?)
Haley (I carry my tail to the left is that a handicap?)
Rob ( you think YOU have trouble walking!)
