Saddle fit for high withered horse

Have you tried the ortho-flex dressuer, it's a cutback model.  I found that
it fit my half saddlebred who was much like the one you described as narrow
and high withered.  The other saddle which fit him very well was the
collegiate trail saddle, the one with the "western type" cantle on an
english styled saddle.  Both fit him quite well.
