Anna,
Even though I hope NEVER to have to shoot a gun from horse back, I probably
will carry one.  Well, I'm still thinking that one through, but, since we
have hunters and I guess I could be on some high mountain trail with 500'
feet to the canyon floor when someone else shoots, I can sure see the value
of having Fox say to himself, "Cap guns.  Been there, done that."  vs "Flee,
Fly, whatever!  We have to get OUT of here!"
Anyway, good suggestion.
