I don't see why the 2 would work well together. Your horse
is going to be in excellent condition from all the miles you
put on for training in endurance. Not to mention the fact
that he will have 2 different sports to work on. Think of
the boredom that you can prevent. Horses, like people, get
bored doing the same thing every single day. I say if your
horse is good at both sports, do it.
Personally, I'm going to get Phoenix involved in team
penning. To help break up the boredom of riding trails all
the time. I think it will do his mind good to add some
variety.
