Actually as of yesterday the AHSA suspensions page shows him still
listed as suspended (the page is dated Oct 99).  I don't actually know
why that is, but there is speculation that he has not paid his fine (for
whatever reason - I'm sure it's not because he can't afford it), and he
can't get off suspension till he does.  As I say, I don't know anything
for sure.  Lif
