Hey, as long as we're back on the subject of David Boggs, the AHSA
suspended David for the month of September, 1999, for drugging (or
knowingly allowed to be drugged) a horse at Arabian Nationals -- who was
the National Champion mare, by the way.  He was not allowed to be at any
AHSA sanctioned show or show grounds during the month of September.  We
went to an AHSA sanctioned show last week and saw David there on Thursday
afternoon -- September 30th.  It was almost funny.

Anybody know AHSA's e-mail address?

And this ties into endurance riding because, um, um, er, because drugging
horses is against the rules in our sport too!  Yeah, that's it.
