First thing you need to do in my opinion is find out why your horse is doing 
this especially if this is something he has just started doing.Your farrier 
and vet should be able to help you determine why he is doing it which will 
make a solution alot easier to find.One suggestion I have would be to try 
shoeing him with heel caulks on the hinds, but if the problem is being caused 
by something that is sore or hurt this could even aggravate the 
situation.Once you have determined that he does it due to his conformation I 
think this may be a simple solution to your problem.Hope this helps.RD
