David Boggs Suspension - not endurance related

Hello Ridecampers,

For any of you who are remotely interested in the show industry - David
Boggs was suspended today until 2004.  Hee Hee Hee!!!  Check it out on the
IAHA website at www.iaha.com/censures/index.html.   Yiipppeeeee!!!!!!!!
Magnum Psyche's throatlatch tuck cost more than he had planned.  This made
my day :-)
