One show I've been involved with that airs on Animal Planet is called 
"Petsburg". It is taped at Disney MGM studios, and several good segments have 
been filmed using horses and well-known guest speakers. This season there 
will be one with Linda Tellington-Jones on TTouch, the massage therapist 
Jean-Pierre Hourdebaight, Disney's Animal Kingdom head vet Peri Wolff on 
First Aid for horses, several segments with June Evers (Ultimate Guide to 
Pampering your Horse), and a few other ones with the hostess Brianne Leary on 
bathing your horse etc. The show also features some cute stuff on dogs, cats 
and other miscellaneous pets.
You can see Petsburg on Animal Planet daily at 10am, 1pm and 6pm EST. You can 
look up their web site at Animal Planet.com, then go to Petsburg, and it 
shows air times and episodes by name (horse stuff etc.).

PS- I'm even in a couple from last year they are still airing (body language 
of horses and trail riding for "dudes")
