HR monitors
Well, now that I have a son stateside semi-permanently (in college at
Columbia in New York), my brain is spinning with goodies that he can bring
me when he comes home for Xmas. I have been considering a heart rate
monitor or maybe a hand held. Are they hard to use? (I did read Angie's
story, and this gives me pause) Repairs and so on are pretty much out of
the question here so I'm looking for something pretty reliable. So far I've
been using a couple of fingers under the jaw. This is probably a can of
worms, so feel free to reply privatly.
