Thoroughbreds in Endurance

I'm asking this for a friend who has Thoroughbreds
he events...he (we) were wondering how purebred
Thoroughbreds do in endurance?  I know Anglos do
just fine and there are some good Thoroughbred/
Quarterhorse crossed out there too, but I haven't
heard a lot about pure eThoroughbreds, but I don't get
around much either...

Any shared experiences would be apprecitated.
