The idea is to clean them off at every vet check...you will prevent any bacteria from
growing this way. Believe me, I've tried it...it works. Perhaps because I use
Johnson & Johnson Baby powder "cornstarch" it may have additives which prevent the
bacteria. At any rate, Johnson & Johnson would not sell it if it promoted bacteria
growth in diapers!!!!
