Not even an "Oh my God, I'm sorry!". Just caught his own horse and rode on. And, if he is that oblivious to his own actions, kind of says something too. Whoever posted the original story can correct this version if its wrong (they were there). I hope to heck the hit and run rider feels terrible; he should be losing a lot of sleep over what happened if he has any conscience at all (and if I can help in that regard, great).
