Thanks to all those who replied. Here's the rest of the story.
Got my saddle back today. It only took 12 days to get it back including
shipping both ways. They shipped it COD. (Anyone else get this type
treatment?) They fixed the problem at no charge, but I paid shipping
both ways. Any ideas how I can fight this or should I just be thankful
it is fixed? At least, I think it's fixed, won't know for sure until I
can ride in it.
