Try taking a whole pile of really good, bioavailable CalMag
(Calcium/Magnesium supplement). Note that it should contain Vitamin D
and Silicon in order for the calcium to be completely bioavailable (used
by your body). USANA (www.usana.com) makes an excellent one - I always
take a couple before, after and at holds. It's called ActiCal. You can
also get them in a chewable format to take in your pack. This works well
on muscles - keeps you from getting stiff, and really keeps headaches
away!
