Okay - I broke down and bought one of those rather ortho looking SMB Lumba 
back brace things. Last Tuesday when I came home from a healthy 12 mile trot 
on our nice, smooth stallion, within hours I could hardly move. The consensus 
seems to be bruised kidneys from bopping around, BUT I have never had this 
before. A few people have emailed to me that they have ahd this happen, just 
occasionally and unpredictably.

So, oh learned ones, can someone help me here? I have bene able to move 
reasonably freely since about Friday night, so how long till I should hop 
back aboud a horse, back brace and all? Hey HEidi, what do YOU know about 
this? I can hardly STAND not riding, but I amd just TERRIFIED of going 
through this again. And also, whoever mentioned the orange pills, any word on 
what those are?
