I was the initial responder on this, and I have no "personal
animosities". If your
"Regional" reference is to what I suspect it is, I'm not in that
region,  and have
no ax to grind. I responded because I'm concerned that the AERC is
sanctioning rides
without requiring that a treatment vet be on hand.
