NATRC wouldn't want these people either! Under NATRC rules, you may
not leave camp, for any reason, unless it is ok'ed by management. This
is for the protection of the horse. Unless there is a responsible
person left to watch the horse, no way can you leave camp! NATRC
might be able to teach these people something, but I doubt it.
