You can buy the materials for a great high-line setup (to string a rope
between two trees) for about $25 at Home Depot or any place like that,
which includes high-quality marine rope and solid brass hardware. Those
little "knot eliminators" are very handy too, cost only a couple of bucks
each and can be bought from Teddy (www.runningbear.com) or lots of other
vendors. I have a steel corral that I love using for Lakota at rides, but
when I started camping with a friend and horse I had to find a solution
for *two* horses and tried the highline setup ... works like a charm. I
love it. Quick and easy to put up. Cost about $40 for the two horses (a
25' highline for each of them, including ties and panic snaps).
