conditioning human body for endurance
While riding is important in your conditioning, I stronly feel that regular
excercise such as walking/running/jogging, swimming, using a stair stepper,
some upper body work, stretching are equally important. Oh, biking is also
excellent. Don't forget diet. It's just like our horse friends - we don't
want just one part of the body in condition but the total animal. All of
these things help the body with breathing, balance and endurance. Good luck.
