Conditioning Human Body
The best way to condition your body for endurance riding is by riding.
Walking will help during the ride, get off and loosen everything up for 5
minutes or so. But the best thing is just riding, riding, riding. Try to
ride more often or more horses than just conditioning for the rides, and do
some dressage work as well, this is what I find is the best conditioning.
