Thuro-Bilt Trailers?

Quick question, folks!  I have a budget of $4,000 (plus or minus) and
am looking for a two horse bumper pull slant load trailer. It's my
first trailer, so I don't know what I'm doing.  I thought I could get a
used trailer for that money, but the dealers are telling me that there
are none on the market right now (and I don't see any in classifieds,
either).  I did find a dealer for Thuro-Bilt who has a new one in that
price range.  I've never heard of this brand.  Have any of you had any
experience with these trailers?  (I'm in the SF Bay area, if anyone has
one to sell!)
