That was me.  It's the only place around here flat enough to post.  Not
very good for high pulses unless your horse isn't used to Boy Scouts,
hikers, bikers, frisbees, cannons, going through a tunnel under a busy
road, deer, somebody's pet pot bellied pig that likes to go riding with
horses, and lots of monuments..

It's just there.  It never closes....but don't stay after dark or "Green
Eyes" the resident Civil War soldier ghost will get you.  He's hunting
for his body by the way.
