I bought two Boz saddles a long time ago-I think the tree is probablly the 
same as now .   The saddle was fine until I rode a multi day and then my 
horse got a terrible sore back on the second day.  It worked okay if I wasn't 
on the horse for over 5 hours or so.  A friend of mine likes hers and has had 
no problem that I know of but, she isn't in the saddle too long either<couple 
of hours>  I ride Big Horns now which I had vets look at and made sure they 
fit my horses two very different backs.  Boz saddles aren't cheap so I think 
do what you can to see if your horse would be okay in one. I even had riding 
lessons to make sure it wasn't just the saddle.  Good Luck!
