No Bridleways in Scotland

Isn`t it disgraceful that there is no bridlepaths in Scotland. Everyonr in towns complain when we ride on the busy roads but there is no where else to ride. Where I live the council have signs up all over the place telling us we can`t ride there. I`m sick of having nowhere to ride. If the council doesn`t want us riding in the towns then they shiuld make bridlepaths.
