Yes, he does seem to have control....he does not do this under saddle, nor when
exercised. He is worse during breeding season and walks while doing it. No
apparent swelling...Everything appears normal. It is not a problem, just odd...I
have assumed it is behavioral, but since I have had other late cut geldings who
never exhibited this behavior, it made me curious...I will have a vet check him
out....Thanks for the responses....
