No, that would SURE not be desirable, but actually, stocking up is due to
fluid leaking out of the circulation, not out of the joint capsules. It is
indicative of the circulation in the lower leg not being adequate to handle
the stress. Some horses will stock up simply from standing overnight locked
in a stall.
