I am new to riding at 45 yrs. I am at the trot stage (a bit of canter) on school/lesson horses. I do not own a horse. At what stage of riding can a rider realistically think about getting involved in endurance riding? What would be the best way to get involved, especially for someone who does not own a horse.Thanks.
