You tell me...what DO ride managers get? Not many MAKE money, and if they do
they have worked HARD to get donations and most $$ go to some club or
charity.
I am in favor of making PRE-ENTRY mandatory with a UNIFORM refund policy.
Championship ride should ALWAYS give first priority to riders entering that
division...provided they have met a pre-entry deadline.
If AERC News failed to notify riders that is was a Championship ride, then it
is AERC's responsibility to correct the situation...even if it takes phone
calls to LD riders to tell them their place is being replaced by a
Championship rider.
