Kudos to Charlie and Susan for taking the time for some well thought out replies
to each other, defusing a situation which could have turned into one of those
threads that everybody either deletes immediately upon seeing or pounces upon
with glee to see how high the flames are this time!!  :)  It seems to me that
after the initial shock wave of emotions calmed down, they were professional and
courteous without being condescending to each other and Charlie offered his
gentleman's apology, admitting his weak moment.... that is the kind of stuff I
personally like to see on Ridecamp!!  :)
