Re: helmet for big ears
I don't know if this will help your husband, but I have a friend with
the same problem---he bought a helmet a size larger, cut out the padding
right around his ears and shimmed it so the rest of the helmet still
fits snugly. It took a little messing about to get it just right, but
once it was done, solved the problem for him.
