Re: RC: Stirrups and fenders?
Lynette,
I used to do this with an endurance saddle I had. It looked a bit silly but was
more comfortable for my poor ankles. To change the fenders to English leathers,
slide the leather along the underside of the fender (make sure you have it faced
the correct way), and strip them through together. It's a bit tough but it
works. Just be warned that when or if you want to put them back it can be done
but is harder! If this doesn't make sense, e-mail me privately and I'll explain
further; it's late and I don't know if I'm making sense!
