Kathy, I've never tried the Saddle Right, but I've had good luck with double padding with my Sports Saddle. I use a thick reinsman pad plus a felt and foam pad I got from Stagecoach West (cheap, only $20 and works great!). I'm a heavyweight rider but have been riding with that combo for a year and no more whilte hairs as my gelding shed out this Spring! If you need the address for the pad, e-mail privately and I'l look it up. A number of people at my barn have used this pad with good results (along with their CoolBack pads).
