Re: heart rate question
You're not getting good contact with the electrodes. That often happens
going up hills, the girth gaps easily or the saddle is sliding back making
the contact irregular. Another thing to check is the battery. If you get
sluggish readings, usually the battery in the transmitter needs replacing.
We also have more trouble in the winter when the horse's hair is long. I'm
always thrills when I'm getting correct readings going up hill.
