Actually, it's my theory that when a horse has a wide barrel that pushes
the girth forward, the best remedy is to loosen the girth.
AAMOF, I'm inclined to go around loosening my students' girths on a
regular basis. Only my own girth is REALLY loose, though, I try to
limit liability where I can!
