Kristine,
Try a GOOD sports/compression bra -- Champion makes a very good one.
Top that off with a stretchy jogging/dancing bra. For undies, wear two pair.
The pair next to your skin must have thin, flat elastic around the legs to
prevent the rubbing you described. Cotton is okay. The second pair should be
rayon or polyester which will eliminate the friction between the cotton
undies and the riding pants. I like the second pair to be designed like
boxer shorts. Elimiates friction in the entire crotch area.
