I agree with this.  The weight issue as it stands now, is not fair, so if we 
cannot make it fair, then why do it at all?  The problem I had with the pony 
was that he was PENALIZED for having a light weight rider, even though she 
weighted in at 25% of his body weight.  Carrying 25% of your body weight is 
not a light weight rider to THIS pony, she was heavy!
