Tevis Fun Ride

Once again we had a great time at the TFR.  The weather was ideal, the
wildflowers absolutely spectacular and the food outstanding!  Early Sunday
morning, Brawo and I left Forresthill for Michigan Bluff and back.  We were
all by ourselves (except for two runners we met up with).  The trail was
very different from the California trails with decent into a cool, forested
canyon with a beautiful rushing stream at the bottom.  I'd never been to MB
before so took the time to wander down the short little street, read the
historical markers etc.  Talked to some folks having Sunday morning coffee
on their front porch.  Their house was build in 1856 and was the Wells
Fargo Station.  I'd had a real dilema as to what to do last weekend.  There
were two rides available plus the fun ride.  Very glad I chose the Fun Ride
'cause it was a very good opportunity for Brawo and I to become better
acquainted and have a relaxed good time!
