Equine disease

A friend's got a yearling filly with twisted lips.  Her lower left lip
is sagging, her upper right lip and muzzle are twisted to the right.
She's apparently looked like this for a couple of weeks (of course, the
owners were out of town when it started!)  They say she is eating fine,
and doesn't seem to have any other symptoms.  Because of the remoteness
of the ranch where she is, the vet isn't going to get there till
Tuesday, but I can't wait till then to find out what it is!  These
symptoms ring a bell with me, but I can't name that bell - anyone?

Does anyone know of an internet site where you can look up an equine
disease by symptom?  Boy, if there isn't one, it's sure needed!  Lif
