Calcium content is the same between the different forms you listed.
Don't go overboard with the alfalfa for the calcium content---regardless of
the type of grass hay you're feeding, just a pound or two of alfalfa will
supply sufficient calcium to balance---too much more than that, and you
start getting excessive, with possible hypercalcitoninism as a result.
